Website Analytics
When someone visits the Strategy to Revenue website we use a third-party service to collect internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This works on the basis of reverse business IP tracking. A small tracking code is placed on a business’ website(s) which then enables them to identify the business IP addresses of their website visitors. Hubspot matches the identified business IP address to a wholly owned global database of businesses and business information. The software is almost entirely focused on leveraging business-related information to effectively match a business IP address with wider business data to provide valuable business-related visitor information to our customers. It does not identify any personal IP addresses, mobile devices, or any other data than that associated with the business. Business-related data is not applicable under GDPR – which has the intention of protecting personal data.

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your personal computer, mobile, or another device when you visit a website. Cookies are then sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognizes that cookie. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user’s device.

Persistent cookies remain on a user’s device for the period of time specified in the cookie. They are activated each time the user visits the website that created the cookie. Session cookies enable website operators to link the actions of a user during a browser session. A browser session starts when a user opens the browser window and finishes when they close the browser window. Session cookies are created temporarily. Once you close the browser, all session cookies are deleted.
