Strategy to Revenue began with a moment of insight. Our founders noticed that there was often a gap between a company’s strategic goals and the focus of their sales teams. What would happen if salespeople understood and aligned with their organization’s long-term strategy? Wouldn’t that bring in more revenue?
The answer came quickly when the first client to engage us to create a sales enablement program saw a 1000% return on investment.
Since 2008, we have developed and facilitated dozens of sales enablement programs for companies large and small, producing real behavioral change aligned to company strategy and focused on long-term organizational success.
Other functions can benefit from the same approach. Most employees are only peripherally aware of what their organization’s strategic goals are and — more important — the role their work plays in achieving those goals.
At the same time, the skills they need to do their part in moving the company forward are ever evolving. Continuous learning is a requirement, not an option.

Our design and development team have a solid background in media design and production as well as learning. We analyze and plan our courses using established instructional design principles and processes, of course. But then we base our design and development on the same rules of engagement that make media so powerful. The result is e-learning that is engaging, effective, and surprisingly budget friendly.

Lead Instructional Designer
I lead a team of creative instructional designers who produce content that not only achieves learning objectives but is engaging and enjoyable to do. We design from the learner’s perspective, creating a flow that steps through the content using established instructional design principles.
We then craft the text, audio, videos and interactivities that will take the learner on a journey of discovery. Once this ‘detailed design’ is complete, we work closely with our developers to bring it to life in production. The final step is thorough user testing to ensure that learners will experience exactly what we envisioned.

I have been producing learning and development content for 25 years, 20 of those have been with STR. I have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of what makes really good and engaging learning content.
I began my career as a Flash designer and developer and loved getting deep into the code of a project. When the demise of Flash was on the horizon I spent a lot of time researching what we thought would be its successor.
After testing numerous solutions we ended up backing Articulate Storyline which we quickly adopted. Today myself and my team continue to use Storyline and other industry-standard tools to produce award winning, market leading content for many international clients.
